Sword Art Online Progressive

One month into Akihiko Kayaba’s lethal virtual reality game, the death toll has already reached two thousand. With no clear path to victory and survival seemingly reduced to a matter of time and place, the remaining players trapped inside Sword Art Online are growing increasingly desperate. Kirito and Asuna, though fundamentally different in personality, share a common desire to navigate this perilous world as solo fighters. However, the grim reality of Aincrad quickly proves that isolation is a death sentence, forcing these two reluctant loners into an uneasy alliance against threats emerging from both the game's mechanics and its fractured player base. As desperation drives other survivors to dangerous extremes, Kirito and Asuna must confront challenges that test their limits from within and without. To endure a world meticulously designed as an inescapable deathtrap, they must set aside their differences, learn to trust one another, and find the strength to fight together rather than perish alone. Sword Art Online: Progressive reimagines the iconic saga from its very beginning, chronicling the earliest days of Kirito and Asuna’s epic journey on the first floor of Aincrad.
