Silver Gravekeeper

The protagonist is an impoverished student whose only true passion is playing video games. His ordinary life takes a sharp turn when a popular classmate, known for his skills as a student detective, persuades him to assist in investigating a murder case. While examining the final moments of an elderly man who was held at gunpoint, the protagonist is suddenly pulled into a fully immersive virtual reality game. He finds himself dropped into a vast desert landscape dominated by ancient pyramids. Adapting quickly to his strange new surroundings, he immediately spots a massive sand monster acting as a boss encounter, alongside a quest prompt. Assuming his objective is to defeat the creature and claim victory like any typical gamer, he soon discovers that his role is entirely different. He is actually the last surviving Gravekeeper, tasked with defending the hidden treasure against waves of tomb raiders. To complicate matters further, the murdered old man from the real world turns out to be his grandfather, and the two are unexpectedly reunited within this digital realm.
