Deer Flutter

Seeking a fresh spark of creativity, young artist Hill withdraws to a secluded forest community. He hopes the tranquil surroundings will provide the inspiration he desperately needs, completely unaware that this quiet woodland harbors a hidden secret. The territory is home to animal spirits capable of assuming human forms, and his arrival does not go unnoticed by the supernatural residents who dwell among the trees. Almost immediately after settling in, Hill crosses paths with a small deer spirit who takes an instant and intense interest in him. What initially appears to be a harmless, innocent encounter quickly evolves into something far more unusual. The young deer begins following Hill relentlessly, shadowing his every move throughout the forest with unwavering devotion. As days pass, Hill realizes that his seemingly adorable admirer possesses a nature far more possessive and persistent than first impressions suggest. The deer’s attachment is neither fleeting nor casual; it is a calculated fixation driven by a singular, unshakable conviction. Before Hill can even comprehend the depth of the situation, the spirit has already made up his mind—Hill is destined to become his husband.
