Count Tachibana

Set against the backdrop of the Japanese colonial era, a young Korean boy named Yong-Hyeon spends his summers at a secluded royal residence nestled in the mountains behind his village. The estate belongs to Count Tachibana, though it is his son, Sho, who captures Yong-Hyeon’s attention. Sho is an enigmatic figure who has seemingly never stepped foot outside the mansion's walls. Despite this peculiar isolation, the two boys forge an unlikely yet enduring friendship over the passing seasons, bound by shared summers and quiet understanding. Determined to grant his friend freedom, Yong-Hyeon begins devising a daring plan to help Sho escape the confines of his sprawling home. However, their path to liberation is fraught with obstacles.
