P.S. Waiting For You By The Lake

A lush forest, crystal-clear waters, a charming little boat, and an enigmatic boathouse form the backdrop of Leo and Alexis’s most treasured childhood memories. During the summer they turned eleven, a foolish misunderstanding drove Alexis to run away from Leo, abruptly severing their bond. For seven years, that idyllic lakeside setting remained frozen in time, holding the echoes of a fractured friendship. It is not until the summer of their eighteenth year that fate brings the two young men back to the very same place. The scenery appears untouched, yet everything between them has fundamentally changed. Both carry deep emotional scars from their years apart, leaving them standing at a fragile crossroads. They must now decide whether to lean on one another, tending to each other's wounds to find mutual healing, or succumb to their shared pain and sink together into the depths of the lake. Rendered in a gentle, evocative style, this is a deeply moving story about two boys navigating the lingering shadows of their past and the uncertain currents of their future.
