Nichijou dewa Saenai Tada no Ossan, Hontou wa Chijou Saikyou no Senshin

In the bustling capital city, Baru is known simply as a plain, aging man who handles the most mundane tasks at the adventurer’s guild. From carrying heavy baggage for active parties to running miscellaneous errands, he takes on whatever simple jobs are available and finds genuine satisfaction in his quiet, unassuming daily life. His warm demeanor and constant willingness to help have made him a beloved figure among the guild receptionists and the townsfolk alike, all of whom rely on his dependable nature without ever suspecting the truth behind his humble facade. What none of these friendly faces realize is that this dowdy veteran is actually Bartholomeus, the most powerful member of the legendary Eight Glories. Far from being an ordinary helper, he is a supreme warrior whose true strength surpasses all others on earth. Accompanied by a beautiful elven follower who places her absolute trust in no one else, Bartholomeus operates far beyond the boundaries of a simple guild worker. When duty calls, he steps out of the shadows not merely as a fighter, but as a true War God whose unmatched power commands both the battlefield and the political landscape.
