Mahou Shoujo Lyrical Nanoha

Nanoha Takamachi is an ordinary nine-year-old girl living a quiet, unremarkable life in Japan. Her peaceful routine shatters the day she rescues an injured ferret, only to discover that the animal is actually Yuuno Scrya, a young shapeshifting mage. An archaeologist hailing from a parallel universe, Yuuno traveled to Earth with a specific and perilous mission: to recover a scattered collection of twenty-one ancient artifacts known as the Jewel Seeds, which he originally unearthed in his own world. These powerful relics pose a severe threat, as any living creature exposed to them is granted unnatural abilities that frequently mutate the host into a rampaging monster. During his initial efforts to gather the artifacts, Yuuno sustained serious injuries, forcing him to retreat into his harmless ferret guise to heal. Unable to continue the dangerous retrieval alone, he must now place his trust in Nanoha. Bound together by circumstance, the young girl finds herself thrust into a hidden magical conflict, serving as Yuuno's sole ally while he convalesces and they work to secure the volatile Jewel Seeds before further devastation unfolds.
