Ninkoi - Kakurenbo Hichou

Mikado Shuuji appears to be an entirely ordinary young man, yet he possesses a highly unusual kitchen knife that he uses for everyday cooking. Unbeknownst to him, this blade is actually a legendary short sword that designates its bearer as the supreme leader of the ninja world. Because of this ancient artifact, his peaceful life is abruptly shattered when a succession of alluring female assassins begins hunting him down, each determined to reclaim the weapon and eliminate its current owner. Among these relentless pursuers is Hinamori Botan, a skilled kunoichi whose repeated attempts to ambush Shuuji consistently backfire in embarrassing ways, often resulting in her inadvertently losing her own clothing during the struggle. As their chaotic encounters continue, Botan ultimately abandons her original mission. Rather than stealing the sword and taking his life, she makes the surprising decision to pledge her loyalty to Shuuji, choosing instead to serve him as his personal ninja protector. With her allegiance shifted, Botan now stands as Shuuji's primary line of defense against the dangerous shinobi who continue to arrive. She must use all her skills to shield him from rival assassins who remain fiercely determined to claim both the legendary blade and his life.
