GOOD NIGHT WORLD

Within the virtual world of the online game "Planet," a formidable four-player team known as the Akabane Family dominates the battlefield. To their fellow players, they appear to be a tightly knit group, but in truth, they are merely a pseudo-family bound only by the digital realm. What none of them realize is that their avatars mask a deeply fractured reality: these four gamers are actually members of the same broken household. The team consists of a reclusive older brother, an academically gifted younger brother, a father who commands no respect from his children, and a mother who has entirely neglected her domestic responsibilities. Starved of genuine affection in their daily lives, they unknowingly seek comfort in one another through the screen, unaware that the warmth they share online is fleeting—and that they are, in fact, a real family. As the Akabane Family battles monsters, clashes with rival guilds, and becomes entangled in the dangerous machinations surrounding "Black Bird," the ultimate objective of the game, the boundaries between their virtual triumphs and real-world failures begin to collapse. Their story takes a dramatic turn when the consequences of the digital world inevitably bleed into reality, forcing this estranged family to confront the very connections they have long ignored.
