Dragondaily

Meryl Parte, the sole daughter of a Count, abandons her privileged life to escape an arranged marriage she never wanted. Driven by a solemn promise made to her late mother, she flees across the sea to Harp Island, seeking refuge far from her family's influence. Her journey leads her to Dragondaily, a dilapidated inn where she hopes to rest for just one night before figuring out her next steps. However, her plans unravel completely when she wakes the following morning with no money and a mysterious man beside her in bed. Stranded and stripped of her resources, the runaway noblewoman finds herself entirely at his mercy. Rather than turning her away, the enigmatic stranger offers Meryl a way to survive, but his assistance comes with a strict condition: she must work as a maid at the rundown inn.
