Stranger Than Friends

Yi-Hyeok and In-Seo have been inseparable for as long as either can remember. Their lifelong friendship is a fundamental truth they have always taken for granted, as undeniable and constant as the color of the sky or the nature of water. For years, their bond remained comfortably platonic, an unshakable foundation neither ever thought to question. They were simply best friends, bound by time and familiarity in a dynamic that felt entirely permanent. That certainty shatters the moment In-Seo decides to kiss Yi-Hyeok as a joke. What begins as a playful provocation quickly crosses an unexpected line, transforming into something far more intense and igniting a scorchingly passionate relationship between them. Suddenly, the familiar boundaries they once relied upon dissolve into a connection that is equal parts humorous, deeply intimate, and undeniably strange. As they navigate this volatile new dynamic, both are left grappling with a bewildering question: after everything has changed so drastically, can they still honestly call themselves just friends?
