Hireajuu Shuudan ga Classmate wo Josou sasete Kanojo ni Shitemita

A young boy blessed with naturally delicate, feminine features finds his daily life turned upside down when the members of his school's drama club single him out for an unusual request. Rather than casting him in a traditional stage role, his enthusiastic classmates decide to use his androgynous appearance to their advantage. They convince him to cross-dress and take on the role of a fake girlfriend for the entire group, transforming him into the perfect practice partner for their romantic endeavors. The premise is as unconventional as it is comedic: none of the drama club members have any real-world experience with romance, and they view this arrangement as the ultimate training exercise. By treating their disguised classmate as a pretend girlfriend, they hope to rehearse the intricacies of dating, build their confidence, and refine their interpersonal skills before eventually pursuing actual relationships outside the club. What begins as a simple favor quickly evolves into a complicated web of rehearsals, disguise, and unexpected dynamics among friends navigating the awkward waters of first love. Originally introduced to readers as a standalone one-shot, the charming concept resonated strongly enough to warrant further development. Following a year-and-a-half hiatus, the story was officially picked up and expanded into its own full serialized manga series.
