Dead or Alive Xtreme Beach Volleyball Comic Anthology

Originally released in Japan, this black-and-white manga anthology brings the vibrant world of Dead or Alive Xtreme Beach Volleyball to the printed page. Set firmly within the established Dead or Alive universe, the collection shifts the focus away from intense martial arts combat to center entirely on a sun-drenched beach volleyball tournament. The narrative follows the familiar female cast as they trade their fighting gear for the sand, competing in spirited matches while enjoying a relaxing tropical getaway. Throughout the anthology, every girl from the franchise makes an appearance, showcasing a wide variety of the charming and stylish swimsuits originally featured in the video game. Rather than following a single continuous storyline, the manga presents a diverse assortment of lighthearted episodes that highlight the characters' personalities, friendly rivalries, and playful interactions during the tournament. Each story captures the bright, carefree atmosphere of the island setting, offering fans a unique perspective on these iconic fighters outside of their usual battles. By blending competitive sports with relaxed beachside charm, the anthology delivers an entertaining visual experience that celebrates both the athletic spirit and the distinctive aesthetic of the Dead or Alive Xtreme series.
