The Sixth Dalai Lama

At the tender age of 14, Lobsang Rinchen was chosen to assume the role of the Dalai Lama, becoming the spiritual leader of the Tibetan people. However, this young man's ascension to power is marked by an inner conflict: his own inexperience and shyness, which render him unable to even express his affection for Makye Ame, a person he has secretly harbored feelings for since childhood. As the Sixth Dalai Lama navigates the complexities of his position, he must confront the challenges of leading his people while grappling with his own emotional and spiritual development. Set against the rich tapestry of Tibetan culture and Chinese history, this Manhua follows the journey of a young leader as he seeks to create a better life for his people, even as he struggles to find his own place within the world.
