The work stands as the debut project of emerging graphic novelist Abeeku Vassall, also known as Gyimah Opare, who originally conceived and developed the story during his high school years. Demonstrating remarkable dedication, Vassall undertook nearly every aspect of the production himself—writing, illustrating, editing, and ultimately self-publishing the first volume almost entirely through his own efforts, marking an ambitious entry into the world of graphic storytelling.
