Jounetsu no Are

Maki lives with her boyfriend, yet their relationship has been entirely devoid of physical intimacy for two long years. Unable to bring herself to confront him directly about the issue or confide in her friends, she is left to wrestle with her insecurities in silence. A quiet but persistent anxiety consumes her daily life as she constantly questions whether she has lost her appeal as a woman. Her routine is abruptly upended when her mother collapses from severe overwork, leaving Maki no choice but to step in and help manage the family business. She heads over to take charge of the toy store her mother runs, expecting a straightforward task of handling children's merchandise. However, upon arriving at the shop, she makes a startling discovery: it is not an ordinary toy store at all, but rather a shop specializing exclusively in adult toys. This unexpected revelation thrusts Maki into a completely unfamiliar world, forcing her to navigate a business intimately connected to the very desires that have been missing from her own relationship.
