Kuniyoshi is a driven, high-strung individual whose ambition defines his daily life. In stark contrast stands Hirayama, a man who lacks that same intense drive. Despite their opposing temperaments, the two worked closely together, forming a quiet professional bond that Kuniyoshi took for granted. Their routine is abruptly shattered when Hirayama suddenly resigns from his position without warning. This unexpected departure forces Kuniyoshi to confront a startling realization: Hirayama had become far more important to him than he ever understood. Left alone with this newfound awareness, Kuniyoshi struggles to navigate the shifting dynamic between them. Determined not to let Hirayama slip away, he takes it upon himself to actively pursue and push their relationship forward. Yet, this relentless effort comes with a deep sense of insecurity.
