Tired of constantly bending over backward for the people in her life, Satoko finally reaches her breaking point. Refusing to be treated as a servant by her own family and friends any longer, she makes a bold decision to leave her home and take control of her romantic future. With newfound determination, she pressures a friend into organizing a couple’s mixer, hoping the event will help her find a partner who truly values her. However, escaping her old patterns proves far more difficult than simply walking out the door. Despite her fierce resolution to prioritize herself, Satoko remains deeply unable to suppress her ingrained instinct to care for everyone around her. This lingering habit threatens to pull her right back into the self-sacrificing role she is desperately trying to escape. Her search for genuine connection introduces two very different possibilities. On one hand, there is Shinguuji, a brilliant but notoriously clumsy and disheveled scientist whose chaotic demeanor might unexpectedly shift her perspective on what she truly needs. On the other hand stands Kenji, a handsome and exceptionally respectful man who seems to offer exactly the consideration she has always craved. Caught between these contrasting suitors, Satoko must navigate whether her desire to nurture others will ultimately define her choice or if she can finally embrace a relationship built on her own terms.
