Sword Art Online the Movie -Progressive- Scherzo of Deep Night

What began as the world’s first virtual reality massively multiplayer online role-playing game has transformed into a lethal struggle for survival. More than a month after ten thousand players became trapped inside Sword Art Online, death in the digital realm means death in reality. Asuna, having successfully conquered the first floor of the towering iron fortress of Aincrad alongside Kirito, continues her perilous ascent toward the upper levels. Guided by Argo, a skilled female information broker, their progress through the deadly floors initially appears steady and manageable. However, the fragile cooperation among the player base soon shatters. A bitter conflict erupts between the two most powerful guilds leading the charge—the Aincrad Liberation Squad and the Dragon Knights Brigade—fracturing the alliance essential for clearing the game. As these elite factions turn against one another, an unseen figure operates from the shadows, orchestrating events for unknown purposes. Amidst this escalating turmoil, a new and unexpected threat emerges, distinct from the usual dangers of the death game. This looming crisis is set to draw both Asuna and Kirito directly into its crosshairs, testing their resolve in a world where every battle could be their last.
