A high school graduation ceremony is meant to be the defining finale of one's youth, but for twin brothers Itsuki and Haruka, it becomes a tale of stark contrasts. As the older sibling, Itsuki experiences what many would consider the ultimate farewell, spending his final moments surrounded by a loving girlfriend and a close circle of friends. Meanwhile, his younger brother Haruka endures a profoundly isolating event, forced to spend the entire ceremony alone on the school rooftop without anyone to share the milestone with. The divide between their "best" and "worst" experiences takes an unexpected turn when both twins accidentally fall from the roof during the festivities. Instead of meeting a tragic end, they miraculously awaken in the past, transported all the way back to the entrance ceremony of their first day of high school. Armed with the memories of how their original three years unfolded, the brothers are granted an unprecedented second chance at adolescence. From that moment forward, the trajectories of their lives begin to shift dramatically, setting the stage for their contrasting youths to be entirely rewritten.
