In Shek Pai Wan, he is simply known as "Wendong," but outside, his influence expands to encompass hundreds of thousands of people from Hong Kong Island, including fishermen, villagers, and laborers, who see him as their protector and benefactor. Those who acknowledge his authority are rewarded with power and influence, while those who do not are left in the shadows.
