Maiden of the Sacred Shrine

Born into the Kazami clan, a distinguished family of onmyoji practitioners, the sacred maiden carries an extraordinary burden. Her lineage grants her access to immense spiritual power, yet this formidable ability is bound by a single, unyielding condition: she must preserve her purity at all times. As long as she remains untainted, she stands as a formidable force against the supernatural threats her family has sworn to combat. However, the strict discipline required for her dangerous duties is tested when Kyousuke, a childhood friend with whom she shares a deep bond, unexpectedly begins accompanying her on official missions. His presence introduces a profound complication to her carefully guarded life. The very connection they share threatens the pristine state she is obligated to maintain, placing both her latent abilities and their relationship in jeopardy. As she navigates treacherous assignments alongside him, the maiden faces a harrowing dilemma. She must balance the heavy expectations of her prestigious heritage with the undeniable pull of her personal feelings. Every mission undertaken together risks unraveling the spiritual foundation upon which her power rests, forcing her to confront whether her duty to the Kazami clan can coexist with the boy who has always been by her side.
