Kyou, Sukitte Iimasu

Rintarou is a university student who has quietly fallen in love with Asahi, the man he hires as a rental boyfriend. Although he understands that their relationship is purely transactional and built on pretense, Asahi’s gentle nature consistently makes his heart race. With every scheduled meeting, Rintarou finds his genuine emotions deepening, blurring the line between a paid service and real affection. Aware that his attachment is becoming dangerously intense, Rintarou decides to stop booking appointments, fearing he will no longer be able to contain his feelings. However, his attempt to create distance is interrupted when he unexpectedly runs into Asahi while out in town. Instead of his usual professional demeanor, Asahi wears an uncharacteristically serious expression that leaves Rintarou completely caught off guard. Before he can process the shift in atmosphere, Asahi leans in as if to kiss him, turning their carefully maintained boundaries upside down and forcing Rintarou to confront what might happen next.
