Confessions of a Shy Baker

Toshimitsu Yamamura is the owner of a real estate company who finds his greatest joy outside of work: baking wholesome, delicious treats. His quiet routine is disrupted when a colleague proposes marketing their agency as an LGBT-friendly business. While Toshimitsu immediately recognizes how such an initiative could support marginalized individuals who frequently encounter discrimination in the housing market, the proposal fills him with dread. He fears that publicly aligning his company with the community will inadvertently expose his own sexuality. Fortunately, he does not face this anxiety alone. Supported by his boyfriend Gonta—the very person who originally inspired his passion for baking—Toshimitsu begins to navigate a society that is gradually growing more accepting. Together, they confront his deep-seated fears and personal discomfort, working through the challenges of visibility while continuing to craft beautifully delightful baked goods along the way.
