Daisuki na Shinyuu ga VTuber no Jibun ni Gachi Koishiteta Hanashi

Manga artist Oshiga Sukoya harbors an intense admiration for the popular VTuber Doujima Taiga. Completely captivated by the virtual performer, Sukoya constantly gushes about her to her closest confidante and best friend, Hariyama Teruko. In Sukoya’s eyes, Teruko is simply a trusted companion who patiently listens to her endless enthusiasm about the online star she adores. However, Sukoya remains entirely oblivious to two life-altering secrets hidden behind her friend's supportive smile. First, the beloved VTuber Doujima Taiga whom she praises so fervently is none other than Teruko herself, operating anonymously behind the digital avatar. Second, and far more complicated, Teruko harbors deep, genuine romantic feelings for Sukoya that go well beyond ordinary friendship. This delicate web of hidden identities and unspoken affection forms the heart of the story. As Sukoya continues to pour her heart out about her virtual crush, she unknowingly speaks directly to the very woman who wears that persona—and who is quietly falling deeper in love with her in the real world. The narrative explores the dramatic irony of their intertwined lives, building tension around the inevitable moment when the boundaries between fiction, identity, and true feelings finally collapse.
