Futagotachi no Sho Jijou

Kouki and Nao are twin siblings bound by a complicated emotional reality. Beneath their everyday interactions, both harbor deep romantic feelings for one another—affections they believe they can never openly express simply because of the familial bond they share as twins. Determined to suppress these forbidden emotions, Nao quietly locks away the key to her heart, resigning herself to a life of silent longing in order to preserve their relationship and maintain the boundaries society expects of them. However, her carefully constructed resolve is suddenly shattered when their mother reveals a startling secret regarding Kouki's true origins. This unexpected disclosure upends everything Nao thought she knew about their connection, transforming an impossible situation into something entirely different. The realization that the person she has been desperately trying not to love might not actually be her biological twin completely changes the stakes of her internal struggle. What follows is a pure, energetic romantic comedy driven by mistaken identities, hidden truths, and the sudden freedom to explore feelings once deemed off-limits, as the two navigate this shocking revelation together.
