Bokutachi no Mozart

Inoue is a young student who harbors a secret passion for playing the cello. One evening, after drinking too much, he collapses in front of an unusual café. This establishment is far from ordinary, as its patrons are all devoted music enthusiasts who happen to be members of the city's orchestra. Recognizing a fellow lover of music, they immediately invite him to join their ensemble. However, Inoue faces a significant obstacle that threatens his newfound opportunity: despite his dedication to the instrument, he has never actually learned how to read sheet music. Determined to improve his skills and overcome this limitation, Inoue finds additional motivation in the form of Tamoto, a lovely woman connected to the group. He desperately wants to progress as a musician, hoping that his growth might capture her affection. Yet, his romantic aspirations are complicated by the revelation that she already appears to be in love with someone else. Now, Inoue must navigate the challenges of mastering musical notation while simultaneously searching for a way to stand out and win Tamoto's heart.
