Operating in the shadows, the Hachiouji family has long dedicated itself to the dangerous task of hunting demons. Takamichi, the young heiress of this formidable lineage, carries a heavy burden following the tragic loss of her older brother at an early age. Overwhelmed by grief, she withdraws from those around her, choosing to live in complete isolation rather than face a world that took someone so precious away from her. Her solitary existence takes an unexpected turn one evening when two werewolf pups are entrusted to her care. Though initially just a quiet addition to her secluded life, these creatures prove to be far more extraordinary than ordinary companions. Within only a few short years, they undergo rapid growth, maturing into fully developed beings capable of blending seamlessly into human society. Now attending the same senior high school as Takamichi, the two werewolves have become an inseparable part of her daily routine. Their sudden presence challenges the walls she built around herself, forcing the grieving heiress to navigate the complexities of adolescence alongside supernatural protectors who arrived first as helpless pups and now walk beside her as peers.
