Mushoku Tensei: Isekai Ittara Honki Dasu - Shitsui no Majutsushi-hen

Following his painful separation from Eris, Rudeus Greyrat spirals into a profound state of despair. Seeking purpose amidst his grief, he journeys to Rozenberg, the second largest city in the Principality of Basherant, with the singular goal of locating his missing mother, Zenith. Driven by desperation and a reckless desire to establish a reputation for himself, Rudeus attempts to undertake a high-ranking quest entirely on his own, risking everything in his fragile emotional state. However, fate intervenes when he unexpectedly crosses paths with Counter Arrow, a party of seasoned B-rank adventurers. Rather than continuing his solitary pursuit, Rudeus finds himself drawn into their ranks, embarking on missions alongside them. Among the group is a young woman named Sara, whose presence stirs difficult memories and bears a striking resemblance to Eris, forcing him to confront the very emotions he has been trying to escape. This manga serves as a complete adaptation of the seventh volume of the original light novel series. It offers a compelling exploration of Rudeus's darkest period, detailing his struggle to move forward and rebuild his life in the aftermath of his devastating parting with Eris.
