Jo Ji-Won is an ordinary college student who has built a lucrative side hustle by posing as a shaman. Relying on his silver tongue and fortunate guesses, he successfully cultivates a reputation as a formidable spiritual authority. However, his fabricated mystique eventually reaches the ears of Jeong Tae-Oh, a deeply superstitious mob boss who takes such matters entirely seriously. When Tae-Oh arrives demanding his services, Ji-Won feigns compliance before immediately attempting to flee, only to be swiftly apprehended. Ji-Won regains consciousness in a seedy motel, facing imminent death at the hands of the dangerous crime lord. Desperate to survive, he improvises a bold lie, stammering that Tae-Oh requires him as a living talisman and that they must sleep together to ensure the mob boss's survival. Ji-Won fully expects the hardened criminal to recoil at the suggestion and abandon the idea entirely. Instead, Tae-Oh merely shrugs off the proposition with unsettling calmness, casually asking whether a single encounter will suffice or if their arrangement will require more.
