These formidable warriors arrive piloting their advanced Kataphrakt mecha units, bringing the destructive reach of the Martian military directly to Japanese soil. Their landing site is no mere coincidence; it is the very town inhabited by Mizuki and Haruya Mikage, a pair of twin siblings whose lives are about to be irrevocably altered. As the Martian Knight twins touch down in their mechanical armor, the stage is set for a tense encounter between two sets of siblings bound by vastly different allegiances.
