Akane is picked and dyed

Akane Nanao serves as the manager of her school's baseball club, where she has quietly fallen in love with Shoya Katase, a dedicated member of the team. Despite their deep mutual affection, the two are forced to suppress their feelings due to a strict club rule that forbids romantic relationships among its members. They have made a solemn promise to one another: they will not officially become a couple until after the upcoming tournament is over. Their fragile arrangement is shattered when Go Higashi, the club director notorious for his predatory behavior and history of sexual harassment, uncovers the truth about their hidden romance. Recognizing an opportunity to exploit the situation, Higashi corners Akane with a sinister proposition. Shoya has fought relentlessly to secure his position as a regular player on the roster, and any disciplinary action could strip him of everything he has worked for. Faced with the devastating prospect of ruining Shoya's athletic career, Akane makes a heartbreaking choice. To safeguard his standing on the team, she submits herself to the director's degrading demands, sacrificing her own dignity to protect the boy she loves.
