Shinrei Tantei Yakumo: INITIAL FILE Shikou no Bias

Shinrei Tantei Yakumo: INITIAL FILE Shikou no Bias presents a compelling crossover event that unites two distinct intellectual worlds. The narrative centers on Gakuto Mikoshiba, a brilliant mathematician originally introduced in Manabu Kaminaga's companion series Probability Investigator. Known for his analytical mind and ability to deconstruct complex problems through pure logic, Mikoshiba steps out of his familiar investigative setting to face an entirely unprecedented challenge. His opponent in this cerebral confrontation is none other than Yakumo Saito, the enigmatic protagonist of the Psychic Detective Yakumo series. Where Mikoshiba relies on calculated probability and mathematical reasoning, Yakumo operates within a realm defined by supernatural perception and psychic insight. The story frames their encounter as a high-stakes battle of wits, pitting rigorous scientific deduction against otherworldly intuition. As these two formidable minds clash, the manga explores the fascinating tension between empirical logic and the paranormal, offering readers a unique intellectual duel that highlights the contrasting strengths of both characters.
