Mitashite Cerberus

Charon is the eternal ferryman of the underworld, tasked with guiding departed souls across the boundary into the realm of the dead. Despite his grim occupation, he is a remarkably miserly man who obsessively hoards the fare coins paid by the deceased—currency he can never actually spend. His monotonous existence along the dark waters continues without interruption until an unexpected encounter forever alters his daily routine. Everything changes when Charon crosses paths with Cerberus, the fearsome three-headed watchdog that guards the gates of hell. Seeking relief from the bitter chill of the underworld, the stingy ferryman commands the massive beast to wrap around him as a living blanket. In exchange for this warmth, Charon offers gentle affection, stroking the monstrous creature's heads. However, this simple arrangement quickly spirals beyond his expectations. Rather than remaining content with occasional praise, Cerberus begins demanding far more physical closeness, leaving the reluctant ferryman to navigate an increasingly clingy relationship with the most terrifying guardian in the afterlife.
