Billed as the story of girls who connect the world, Episodeⁿ | Kuusou follows Rin, a young woman perpetually lost in her own imagination. Behind her closed eyelids, she envisions countless daydreams—some mirroring the reality we inhabit, others manifesting as supernatural realms that defy all logic and common sense. Within every single one of these parallel worlds, Rin exists alongside five girls she considers her closest friends. However, this delicate balance begins to fracture when an unseen force starts dragging each realm downward. The worlds slowly collapse into one another, bleeding across boundaries until distinct realities merge and fade. As one particular world crumbles entirely, the shared memories of those five girls are suddenly awakened within our own reality. Guided by Rin’s lingering presence, a hidden truth waits to be uncovered.
