In the unforgiving landscape of the American West in 1883, the Dutton family embarked on a perilous journey for survival. Led by the seasoned James, his family struggled to navigate the treacherous terrain, with rebellious daughter Elsa seeking independence and precocious teenager Tom learning to harness the ferocity of the mule, "Mudfish".
