Kemomimi Miko no Isekai Jinja Saikouki: Kami-sama ga Kureta Kiseki no Chikara no Sei de Matsurare Sugite Komattemasu.

Suzuka Mimori is an ordinary high school girl who balances her daily life with her duties as a shrine maiden at her family's ancestral shrine. Her routine is shattered when she is suddenly caught in a mysterious vortex and transported to an unfamiliar world. Stranded far from home, Suzuka receives a letter from the local enshrined deity—a forgotten god once revered as a divine beast whose worshippers have long since vanished. Desperate to reclaim its lost glory, the deity asks Suzuka to serve as its shrine maiden and gather followers once more. To ensure she can accomplish this daunting task, the god bestows upon her a miraculous power capable of performing genuine wonders. However, the blessing comes with an unexpected twist: reflecting the deity's personal preferences, Suzuka is also given a pair of fox ears and a tail. Now transformed into a beast-eared maiden wielding divine miracles, she must navigate this strange new world and revive a forgotten faith, all while adjusting to her unusual new appearance.
