Inukami!

An Inukami is a sacred, canine-like entity that forms a binding contract with a skilled human tamer. Together, they are tasked with hunting down malevolent monsters and demons to protect the world from supernatural threats. Kawahira Keita was born into a prestigious lineage of renowned Inukami tamers, yet he appears to lack the innate talent required for such a demanding role. Deemed unworthy of his heritage, he has been abandoned by his own family and left to navigate life without their support or guidance. Keita’s fortunes shift dramatically when he encounters Yoko, an enchanting Inukami who initially presents herself as the picture of elegance, obedience, and grace. Drawn by her refined demeanor, Keita enters into a contract with her, hoping to finally prove his worth. However, the moment their bond is sealed, her true nature is unleashed. Far from the docile companion she pretended to be, Yoko reveals herself to be a wildly uncontrollable and deeply mischievous spirit—one so unruly that no tamer before Keita has ever managed to keep her in check. Now bound together, the forsaken heir and the untamable Inukami must face the chaotic road ahead.
