Da-Bin’s life takes an unexpected turn after a heated argument with her younger brother. In a moment of frustration, she hurls a plate of tteokbokki at him and impulsively flees the home they shared, choosing to run away rather than face the fallout. Wandering without a clear destination, she crosses paths by sheer chance with a young man named I-Do. Their meeting is anything but ordinary, as Da-Bin inadvertently knocks away Min-Su, I-Do’s friend, who had been clinging tightly to his back at the time. With Min-Su suddenly separated from them, I-Do asks for Da-Bin’s help in tracking down his missing companion. Despite having just met, she agrees, and the two set off together on an impromptu search mission through the city. What begins as a simple favor for a stranger quickly spirals into something far more complicated. As their journey unfolds and circumstances shift, Da-Bin finds herself entangled in I-Do’s world in ways she never could have predicted. Fleeing her own household was supposed to be a brief escape, yet it ultimately leads to an astonishing outcome: the two of them unexpectedly end up living under the same roof.
