Housekeeping

Kim Ji-Su works as a hotel housekeeper, but she possesses an extraordinary and unsettling gift. By examining the rooms she cleans, she can read the "stains of memory" left behind by previous occupants, allowing her to uncover their deepest secrets. Rather than keeping this ability hidden, she has turned it into a lucrative and dangerous side enterprise. She spies on the private lives of the hotel's guests and uses the intimate knowledge she gathers to blackmail them, turning her ordinary job into a web of exploitation. Her calculated routine takes a sharp turn when she begins cleaning the room of a guest named Yeon-U, someone who had already drawn her particular attention. Expecting another opportunity for leverage, Ji-Su delves into the memories lingering in his space. Instead of finding typical indiscretions, she comes face to face with a disturbing vision—a memory she was never meant to witness. This unexpected discovery threatens to unravel her carefully constructed operation and pulls her into a situation far more perilous than anything she has encountered before.
