Satsujin Pierrot no Shitsumon

In the year 20XX, society operates under a pervasive surveillance network. Citizens are continuously monitored through implanted IC chips, a technological advancement that has streamlined law enforcement by making the identification and apprehension of criminals remarkably efficient. Yet, despite this seemingly impenetrable security grid, a series of horrifying murders has erupted across the nation. An unidentified serial killer is systematically targeting children, leaving behind gruesome crime scenes that defy the very technology designed to prevent them. The perpetrator is a deeply disturbed figure known only as the "Murderous Clown," recognizable by his chilling attire of a black cloak and a clown mask. What sets him apart from ordinary killers is his macabre ritual: before striking, he poses cryptic questions to his young victims. As the body count rises and public fear escalates, police officer Yuuto Asakura steps forward to confront this elusive predator. With the safety of countless children hanging in the balance, a tense and desperate battle of wits begins between the determined lawman and a madman who hides in plain sight.
