Hajime no Koi

Following the death of his boss, former yakuza Hajime Mamiya decides to leave his criminal life behind. While riding a bus one day, he encounters Sho Kosaka, a college student deeply devoted to his boyfriend. Mamiya finds himself unable to forget the look of pure longing on Kosaka's face as he gazed at his partner, an expression that lingers in his mind long after their brief encounter. Their paths cross again when Mamiya discovers that Kosaka is working part-time for a delivery escort service. Having never experienced love himself, Mamiya is struck by the young man's unwavering dedication, even as he sells his body to others. Driven by an unfamiliar impulse, Mamiya decides to buy out all of Kosaka's available time, ensuring the college student will no longer have to entertain other clients. What begins as a transactional arrangement slowly evolves into something far deeper. This pure and tender story follows a man who knows nothing about romance and a young student desperate to give and receive affection as they gradually fall in love with one another.
