Ling Long Special

In the not-too-distant future, Earth has long since buckled under the weight of severe overpopulation. Driven by desperation and dwindling resources, humanity turns its gaze toward the stars, launching an ambitious interstellar migration in search of a new home among the cosmos. However, just as this monumental exodus begins, a catastrophic celestial event shatters all plans. A rare lunar alignment triggers devastating earthquakes that tear across the globe, unleashing decades of relentless seismic destruction that effectively dismantles human civilization as it once existed. When the violent tremors finally subside and the scarred landscape begins to stabilize, the remnants of humanity cautiously emerge from the ruins. They are met with an environment that is at once deeply familiar and unsettlingly alien, forever altered by the cataclysm. The survivors now face a daunting reality: the world they once ruled without question has changed beyond recognition. As they struggle to rebuild and adapt to this transformed planet, a haunting uncertainty lingers over their fragile existence. Those who previously stood as the undisputed masters of the Earth must now confront a profound dilemma—whether they still possess the strength and right to reclaim dominion over a world that no longer belongs solely to them.
