Night World

"Night World" is an original net animation project directed by Ryouchimo, also known as Ryo-timo. Created specifically as a visual companion piece to Japanese singer Aimer's album "Walpurgis," the animation serves to expand upon the musical themes and atmosphere of the record through a series of interconnected short episodes. The project was released in three distinct parts, each designated as a "Night." The first episode, titled "The 22 O'clock Guide," premiered on April 16, 2021. This was followed by the second installment, "The 26 O'clock Search," which debuted on June 4, 2021. The concluding chapter, "The 4 O'clock Letter," was released on September 12, 2021. Together, these episodes form a cohesive animated experience designed to accompany the album's artistic vision.
