Pest ga Aketara Asobimashou!- Chuusei Europa Sekai to Gendai Bunmei Slow Life

In fourteenth-century Europe, the devastating spread of the Black Plague forces baker Rachel Becker to abandon her urban life in search of safety. Fleeing the ravaged city, she relocates to a quiet rural village, hoping to escape the relentless grip of the epidemic and rebuild her livelihood far from the chaos and despair that have consumed the medieval world. Her new beginning takes an extraordinary turn when she encounters Ema Muller, a mysterious woman branded as a witch by the locals. Ema claims to hail from another world entirely—specifically, seven hundred years into the future. Rather than wielding dark sorcery, she has brought with her the marvels of modern technology, devices and knowledge so advanced that they appear indistinguishable from magic to the people of the Middle Ages. As Rachel and Ema form an unlikely bond, the clash between medieval hardship and futuristic innovation begins to reshape their daily lives. What unfolds is a gentle yet fascinating tale of survival and wonder, where the comforts of modern civilization slowly intertwine with the rustic simplicity of a plague-ravaged era, offering hope and a glimpse of a brighter tomorrow in a world overshadowed by death.
