Summary

Official Details
Fudou Niito, a self-proclaimed lazy NEET, spends yet another late night immersed in his favorite dating simulator. However, when he finally wakes, he discovers that he has been transported directly into the game's world. To his dismay, he has not been reborn as the heroic protagonist Verner, nor as his beloved heroine Eterna. Instead, he finds himself inhabiting the body of Ellize, the story's thoroughly detestable fake saint who usurped Eterna's rightful position and subjected her to relentless misery. Now trapped in the role of the primary antagonist, Niito resolves to completely rewrite the narrative. His singular goal is to ensure that the tragic heroine finally receives the happy ending she was always meant to have. To achieve this, he must carefully orchestrate events from behind the scenes, playing matchmaker to bring Verner and Eterna together while simultaneously working to improve the false saint's terrible public reputation. With the original plot spiraling toward tragedy, this reluctant imposter must use every ounce of his knowledge about the game to scheme his way toward a brighter future for his favorite character.
