Set within the prestigious halls of Virgin Mary Girls Academy, a chilling tragedy shatters the school's tranquil facade. Itsumi Shiraishi, the stunning daughter of the academy's director, has died under deeply ambiguous circumstances. Whether her sudden passing was a tragic accident, a deliberate suicide, or a calculated murder remains an unsolved enigma—a secret seemingly held only by the single lily she clutched in her lifeless hand. In the wake of this devastating loss, dark whispers begin to circulate among the student body, pointing accusing fingers at the members of the literature club that Itsumi once supervised. Under the newly appointed leadership of Sayuri Sumikawa, the five remaining club members strive to maintain their usual traditions, gathering regularly to share original short stories with one another. However, during one fateful meeting, they adopt a provocative and unsettling theme: the death of Itsumi Shiraishi. Beneath the guise of literary exercise lies a tense psychological battle. Each member crafts a narrative with a singular, hidden agenda—to carefully dissect the events surrounding their former leader's demise and unmask the killer lurking among them. As fiction blurs with reality, the literature club transforms into a dangerous arena of suspicion, where every story read aloud could expose the truth behind the murder.
