Life Game

High school student Seiya Hitotsubashi receives a cryptic letter containing a chilling ultimatum: he is told he will be forced to participate in a game, that he has no say in the matter, and that his captors are coming for him soon. Dismissing the ominous message as nothing more than a tasteless prank, Seiya casually throws the letter away and moves on with his day, completely unaware of the nightmare about to unfold. His careless disregard proves to be a grave mistake when he abruptly awakens trapped inside a sealed, unfamiliar room. He is not alone; several complete strangers find themselves confined in the exact same space, all sharing the same terrifying predicament. Panic quickly sets in as the bewildered group struggles to comprehend their situation, bombarding one another with desperate questions about where they have been taken and why they were chosen. As the reality of their captivity sinks in, the most pressing concern becomes clear: how they can possibly escape. Bound together by circumstance and thrust into a deadly scenario none of them consented to, Seiya and the other captives must navigate an inescapable trial where the rules remain unknown and survival is far from guaranteed.
