Legend of Exorcism

Set during the prosperous Tianbao era, a young man named Kong Hongjun arrives in the magnificent capital city of Chang'an. Having lived a sheltered life far removed from the complexities of human society, he is entirely naive to worldly affairs. However, his journey to the imperial heartland is far from aimless, as he carries the weight of three vital missions that must be accomplished. To fulfill these crucial objectives, he steps into the ranks of the Great Tang's Exorcist Department, an elite organization tasked with defending the realm from supernatural threats. Within the department, Kong Hongjun finds himself leading an unconventional and mismatched band of specialists dedicated to vanquishing dangerous yao. He works closely alongside Li Jinglong, the formidable commander of the Longwu Army, forging a partnership essential to their shared cause. Together, this ragtag coalition of demon-slayers faces the dark forces threatening the empire. Their combined efforts, trials, and triumphs ultimately forge the legendary chronicle known throughout history as the Great Tang's Yao-Vanquishing Records.
