Mikiri kara Hajimeru Garyuu Kenjutsu

Rio is a young boy living in an isolated, remote village where danger is an ever-present reality. Seeking the means to protect himself, he enrolls in the local dojo to learn self-defense. However, his time there quickly leads to disillusionment. Convinced that the rigid teaching methods will never allow him to truly grow stronger, Rio makes the difficult decision to abandon his formal training altogether. Yet giving up on the dojo does not mean giving up on survival. Surrounded by constant threats in a harsh environment, Rio realizes he must rely entirely on his own ingenuity. Refusing to remain vulnerable, he begins forging a completely unique and personal style of combat known as "Garyu Kenjutsu." This self-taught swordsmanship becomes his sole path forward, born out of sheer necessity rather than tradition. Armed with his unconventional techniques and an unyielding will to live, Rio steps into a perilous world that demands strength. His journey to master his own blade sets the stage for a classic fantasy epic filled with swords and magic, where one boy's determination to survive shapes an extraordinary destiny.
